to include higher level of detail to ensure
smooth construction process

PHASE 5 - CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
- Bid/Tender process
- Progress Payment Certification
- Regular visits to site to review completed work - - Answering general contractor questions as they come up during construction
- Providing solutions sketches as required during construction
- Coordination with the City for any proposed changes during construction

PHASE 6 - PROJECT CLOSE OUT
- Final site review of project with client and contractor
- Report any final deficiencies for contractor to address prior to project completion
- Final Letters of approvals for project completion
